Google Forms on Chrome mobile browser zooming in - fix required

Google forms not working on chrome mobile browser. I've built a Google form and embedded it into my website. However the form works on other mobile browsers (firefox, samsung internet) but fails on Google chrome, it zooms in. The form is embedded as an iframe on the page and therefore I can't change the header code to stop this.

Send a working Google form and the project is yours. All I need is the code to make mine work.
