I have a google form with the following questions -
1. Enter name
2. Enter age
3. Select mode of transport - options (Car/Walk)
4. Enter Post code
I want to create a Google Chat notification by using the web hook functionality. The chatbot notification should have the following format. Name- Patrick, Age -26, Car, Post code - 2115. Also the chatbot should only create a notification when the mode of transport is Car. (Filter by Car)
