Google Apps Script x 2 separate functions

1st job is to have a script which can take content from a google sheet (which contains HTML/Text) in cells and I want it to take based on date/time of one cell the data (html/text) from another and add that content to a specified Google Doc.
So there will be in the sheet 3 columns - date/time, content, location to add to
It maybe I need to adapt somehow but thats my idea of what I am looking for.
2. I am looking for a similar script to take from sheets, and based on again a date/time to take the cell data for the other columns in the sheet and add to another specified sheet.
So in this setup the "source sheet" has
date/time, cell1, cell2, cell3, cell4, cell5, cell6, location (sheet to add the 6 cells to)
Each script would run daily at the time they are run first.
What I will need is the script from you, and a bit of time to test with you to make sure I setup my content correctly.

I will be automating in another software the uploading of the script and running of it first time. I already have something working which can add docs and sheets, but want to expand by having these features.
