Google Apps Script for Form Validation

I'm in need of a developer who can create a Google Apps Script (GAS) that validates two specific forms. The first form generates a unique ID for a location, while the second form links to that ID.
Key Requirements:
- The script should trigger the auto-fill of data on the form load. The data should be pulled from a datasheet and consist of text.
- The unique ID for the location should be based on user input.
- The script should be able to handle Google Forms, Google Sheets, and APIs.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Google Apps Script
- Extensive experience with Google Forms and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with APIs
- Prior experience in creating scripts for form validation and data auto-fill.
