Get notified once a Facebook live video is started

Is it possible to trigger an alarm via API once a Facebook live video is started? If it's not an alarm, what other tools can be used to immediately notify me when a Facebook live video is started? It must be something that grabs my attention immediately, such as a popup window of the live video from Facebook (desktop version) will work too.
