Get facebook profile image by userId in Javascript

I have a list of user ID's and I need to get their images.
Once it was possible with a simple url http://graph.facebook.com/<userId>/picture but facebook blocked it. Now I need to use their JS API.
So I need a small simple app, which gets the FACEBOOK credentials they want, and userID and it returns the image.
