GUI front end designer JS JavaScript UI UE github

I am looking for a GUI front end designer with expertise in JavaScript, JS, UI, UE, and GitHub. The ideal candidate should have experience in website design, with a preference for a minimalistic style. The GUI design should also be responsive for different screen sizes. candidates must have github and show us that at the beginning of the application , the proposal to us.
