GTM trigger from javascript Form Opt-in (no page change)

Hi, I'm looking for a professional who can create a trigger in GTM when an optin form is completed.
The optin comes after a personality quiz (created by Smart Quiz Builder plugin on Wordpress) and we want to track only leads generated.
