FusionPBX - Call Flow Visualizer App

I am looking a developer that understands FusionPBX and can build something similar the "Configuration Tree" that mirtaPBX offers (https://mirtapbx.com/features.html).
I am looking for somebody to create a new FusionPBX app using the FusionPBX app framework. The new application will list all "destination" numbers and all "extensions" and have a button that when clicked will produce a PDF document will produce the call flow that number takes.
Also note the new application should also utilise the FusionPBX CSS variables so the new app will utilise the same theme as the rest of my FusionPBX.
The application should also have variables added to the "Default Settings" page so this application can be used for all tenants on the system within their own tenancy.
