We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer/Business Analyst to create a Functional Specification Document (FSD) for a custom e-commerce shopping application.

This system will support:
✅ Standard product sales & CPQ-driven purchases (Configure, Price, Quote)
✅ Multi-cart functionality (users can manage multiple carts)
✅ Marketing KPI & analytics tracking
✅ Cross-functional data sync with Zoho CRM & other databases
✅ Seamless order & inventory management

The FSD should be structured for a waterfall-based development process while allowing flexibility for vendor implementation.

Scope of the Document:
? User Roles & Permissions – Admins, Buyers, Sales Reps, Vendors, Marketers
? Shopping Cart Features – Support for both standard product sales and CPQ workflows
? Multi-Cart Functionality – Users can manage multiple carts and switch between them

What We Need from You:
? Create a detailed yet open-ended FSD that defines functionality, system workflows, and architecture.
? Keep requirements open-ended enough to allow vendors to propose solutions within a waterfall methodology.
? Provide use case scenarios, process flow diagrams, and functional requirements that ensure clarity.

Ideal Candidate:
✔️ Experience writing functional specs for SaaS, CPQ, or e-commerce platforms
✔️ Familiar with shopping cart architectures & CRM integrations (Zoho preferred)
✔️ Strong knowledge of technical documentation & API specifications
✔️ Understanding of marketing analytics & KPI tracking
✔️ Experience with waterfall development processes

Deliverables:
? A finalized Functional Specification Document that can be used to solicit bids from software development firms.

Delivered FSD within one month.
Will offer daily meetings for 1 hr duration to clarify points of delivery.
