Fully integrate PayPal marketplace to our online tutoring marketplace

We have an online tutoring marketplace.
We want PayPal FULLY integrated for payments to the tutors.
Our website uses JavaScript. MEAN stack & Angular version 10.0.11 We are not going to upgrade that version.
This project is for you to fully integrate PayPal from our website to PAY OUT tutors to their individual PayPal accounts.
We already also have PayPal Marketplace business account for student payments IN
We also have Stripe for both students payments in and tutor payments out). We want our tutors to be able to CHOOSE to be paid with either PayPal or Stripe. At the moment our site is only set up for Stripe. You need to set it up so that tutors and students can choose.
Note that tutors pay our website a commission. As part of the project we want this commission to be removed before the tutor is paid their earnings into their individual PayPal account.
In addition, whilst tutors can now choose to be paid to their home country bank account, we also want our existing tutors to be able to choose PayPal if they prefer.
