I am in need of a skilled and experienced Fullstack JavaScript engineer to develop an app similar to Uber. The project timeline is expected to be 3-6 months. I already have a design plan in place, so no help is needed in that regard.

App details:
- 3 user groups
- on-demand service requests
- dashboards for status updates and service management
- geolocation tracking
- user verification process
- user authentication
- group chats (like how Airbnb allows you to chat with hosts)

Key Requirements:
- Fullstack JavaScript expertise
- Strong knowledge of app development (web app and mobile)
- Experience in building complex and scalable applications
- Ability to meet deadlines and work within a specified timeline
- Time zone is Eastern European
