Project Expectations -
Duration: 30 working days
Work Hours: 5–6 hours daily. You can choose any 2 days off per week (e.g., Monday and Tuesday).
Skills Required: Strong proficiency in React, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Communication Mode: Discord or email will be the primary communication channels.

Payment Structure -
Your payout will be based on a work rating system (0 to 10):
Rating 10: Far Exceeding the expectations – ₹10,000
Rating 5: Meeting expectations – ₹5,000
Ratings below 5 will reflect underperformance.
Note: A rating of 5 means the deliverables meet expectations, while a 10 indicates exceptional performance beyond what was outlined.
What We Need From You -
Working Hours: Please specify your preferred working hours so we can reach out in case of queries.
Days Off: Let us know which 2 days of the week you’d like to take off.
