Fullstack AI Chatbot Website - SvelteKit / Expressjs

We are looking for a developer to create a comprehensive, fullstack AI chatbot website similar to chatbase and character.ai.

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in full stack development
- Proficiency in AI chatbot development using RAG
- Familiarity with both text and voice-based user interactions
- Ability to deliver a website akin to chatbase and character.ai

Please only show interest if you will be comfortable working with SvelteKit and Express.js. If you have experience building projects similar to this, please mention them in your proposal. We prefer someone who has already worked on such projects.

IMPORTANT!: I want to use reusable components as much as possible and reduce development cost, so please do not bid if you are gonna charge to build everything from scratch:

- I don't need UI/UX work, I have a wireframe ready with me
- I don't need you to build login system etc.
- I don't need microservice architecture
