I'm looking for an experienced pro/ freelancers
who can guide my son to build a student news paper website.

Please pay attention here: I won't hire a pro to build the entire website yourself. I hire a pro to help my son build it
My son has decent knowledge of HTML, JS and CSS already, he took the web design classes and built some simple stuff himself. What he doesn't know is Industry Standard Frame Work: react.js and node.js, how to integrate them together. How the infrastructure work as full stack web developer. You need to come up with a plan and explain all necessary knowledge like how react.js and node.js works , how they integrate together, how they interact each other etc. The project is at weekly meeting basis, instruct my son how to do it , what info he needs to read and understand before do the coding etc and review what he did in the next time meeting.
The time line would be 6 - 8 months
Ideally, our website could have those functions/titles on the top tab
News: at rolling basis
Opinions: Student voice (articles)
Sports: List all sports info, Basketball, tennis, swimming etc
LifeStyle: a) Promote your event (send email to the editor) b) features (art, comedy, fashion, film, food, music, theater post by the editor)
Blogs:
Clubs: Each clubs info, owned by each club's leader, so they can post their own info not let the editor involved
Ads : Any school and tutoring related ads (submit your ads posting permission to the editor/admin)
About us: a) Staff introduction b) contact us info c)Donation d) Posting Request : Any student can fill in a form to register his name , grade, school name and email info , type of the article and upload article. So the article can be sent to the editor for review and allow to be published)
if the website can support multiple language, that will be fantastic, but this is not mandatory, English first
There are two high schools in our district. Ideally the website could service both, which means it can share info while it also can flip over to show each high school's unique info like clubs etc. But if this is difficult part, how about one version web to service two schools, which means there is a flip/switch function. All info are different and unique per school. This should be much easier. Anyway, we can postpone this functionality. Let it serve one school first. Make all basic function works first

DB using MongoDB or Mysql
Using AWS service to hold the server. or better ,simpler and cheaper solution
