FullStack dev (React Native, nodeJs) Developer for Dating App Project

*About the Project:*
We are developing a dating app using React Native, with a back-end composed of Node.js microservices. This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant and dynamic project, where your technical expertise can make a real difference.
*Working Model:*
- User stories are handled via Trello, with a weekly sprint cycle.
- Payments are made at the end of each sprint, based on the user stories (tickets) completed.
- Developers are expected to commit regularly and maintain good communication with the team.
*Payment Model:*
The payment model is based on a fixed price for each user story completed, with prices according to the complexity of the story. The complexity is assessed by *story points* as follows:
- Task with only showing data and styling in front: 3 sp / screen
- Task with creating/updating services: 4 sp/route
- Task with creating new models: 4 sp/model
- Task that involves creating/updating services with logic that is not handled before: 6 sp/route
- Task that involves setting up or integrating complex third-party services: 8 sp/service
- Task that involves high complexity logic or innovative algorithms: 10 sp/task
- Task that involves investigating in new tech or innovation: 12 sp/service
*Additional factors can adjust the pricing:*
- A risk factor of 1.5x for tasks with high risk or uncertainty.
- A factor of 1.5x for tasks requiring high-level expertise.
Please note, this pricing model is subject to change as we iterate and improve our working process based on project needs and market trends.
*Skills Required:*
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model
- Familiarity with React Native and Node.js
- Understanding of RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git
- Familiarity with Docker and Docker Compose.
- Understanding of event-driven development and experience with RabbitMQ.
