FullCalendar HTML Customization

On this project, I am interested in customizing fullcalendar to display custom HTML as an event title. While I'm not particular about the platform this is implemented on, proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, or Python will be invaluable.
Here's what I'll need:
- Fullcalendar event title customization to include custom HTML
- The customization should allow the HTML to be rendered in a unique fashion.
Strong contenders for this project will have a solid understanding of fullcalendar, HTML, and at least one of the programming languages mentioned.
