Full stack developer for social utility/tool including payment gateways

Looking for a full stack developer who understand social media API's utilities and tools well (Facebook, instagram, twitter, TikTok, Pinterest , whatsapp, telegram) and also has experience with web3 applications , the utility should be able to run independently on any social platforms and process a given crypto transaction to send receive burn tokens by auto logging into crypto exchanges (coinbase, binance,KuCoin) and lookup of wallet/ addresses.
