Seeking a skilled full-stack developer to create a new website inspired by a website I'll identify before the project begins. The new website will be a condensed version, ideally fitting into 2-3 pages, including the homepage.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Frontend Development:** Build a responsive, user-friendly website using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. The site should utilize React (specifically Next.js) for building user interfaces, especially single-page applications.

2. **Backend Development:** Set up server, database, and API integrations. The website should have a section for "Blog" using a headless CMS, "Submit", "Submissions", "About", and "Contact".

3. **API Integration:** The website needs to have a Spotify API integration.

4. **SEO and Optimization:** Implement Google Tag Manager for tracking and optimization purposes.

5. **Deployment and Setup:** The website should be hosted on Vercel.
