Full Stack Python/Django/ReactJS (Aus / Can / US based for now)

Hi - Just updating this post I have found a great dev woh took decent bit out of a project in the last hours of yesterday but with timezones and a deadline looming many hands make light work as they say. This project is not a typical website it's a beast - 38 repo 1600 branch 6m lines of 7 diff language 19 app within the project django code beast. The hard work is done, it was years ago, but an extreme set of circumstances that defy belief to be honest - has really put us under some pressure.
Whilst a full stack dev is what were are looking for - its not a technical challenge - the codes done and theres 5 times what we need - its a communication challenge as its a VERY US specific product so unless you understand the US Real Estate system to some extent - and can understand an Australian talking very quickly - its basically impossible, certainly remotely. There is a great guy who has taken a huge bite out last night but hes 4 hours away from starting again - even he couldn't believe the size of it - but every minute counts at the moment. the frontend isnt so much the issue - its 5% of the project - its being able to "grip it and rip it" as they say in golf - it will be rebuilt from next week, its been a long 12 months since it was smashed up by a dev team, but we just have to hit a very hard deadline.
