- Developer must be self-starter take charge leader, with excellent communication skills (English), able to quickly understand website functionality, code base and business systems algorithms based on business policies. Must be able to research, investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner with commitment and focus on this project.

- Developer must be responsive and engaged on a daily basis and must report back to Management, raising concerns when it's discovered that best practices are not implemented, rather than just continue to overlook and accept bad coding or rationale.

- Developer must demonstrate leadership to develop robust solutions using industry best practices.\

- Social API experience in managing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr APIs for posting content and user login account
