Full Stack MERN E-Learning Platform Development

I need a seasoned developer to create a full stack MERN based e-learning platform. The project is urgent and I am looking to get it completed as soon as possible.

Key Features:
- Video Tutorials: The platform should be able to host and stream video content.
- User Quizzes: There should be a mechanism for creating and administering quizzes to users.
- Discussion Forums: A space for users to discuss course material and interact with one another.

User Roles:
- Students: Regular users who will consume content and participate in quizzes and discussions.
- Instructors: Users who will create content, quizzes and facilitate discussions.
- Admins: Users with the highest level of control over the platform.

Authentication:
- Email and Password: The platform should support traditional email and password authentication for user sign up and login.

Skills and Experience Required:
