I’m seeking a software engineer to help develop an innovative platform that transforms 2D designs into interactive 3D visualisation. The tool will integrate advanced rendering capabilities with user-friendly interfaces, leveraging technologies like AI and WebGL to streamline the design-to-visualisation workflow.

Responsibilities
• Build a web-based application capable of uploading 2D artwork and rendering it onto 3D product models in real-time.
• Develop or integrate AI-based solutions for automated artwork mapping and alignment.
• Implement a 3D rendering engine (e.g., WebGL, Three.js, or Blender API) for realistic visualisation.
• Create a user-friendly interface for customisation and live previews.
• Ensure compatibility with various file formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF).
• optimise for fast processing and scalability in a cloud environment.
• Collaborate on potential API integrations with design tools like Adobe Illustrator.

Requirements
• Proven experience in software development for 3D rendering, visualisation, or similar applications.
• Proficiency with tools like WebGL, Three.js, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI technologies (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch) for image processing.
• Experience with backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Flask, or Django).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for scalable hosting and GPU-based rendering.
• Strong focus on performance optimisation and clean code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Blender API or similar rendering tools.
• Knowledge of augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) integrations.
• Familiarity with CPG or packaging design workflows.
• UI/UX design sensibility.

1. A functional prototype that demonstrates the ability to:
• Upload 2D artwork.
• Apply it to predefined 3D product templates.
• Render high-quality visuals.
2. Documentation for the application, including architecture and user instructions.
3. Suggestions for future scalability and additional features.
