Full-Stack Developer for Next.js Site -- 2

I'm in need of a full-stack web developer to create a website using Next.js, React and Tailwind. As well as a backend api to inform the websites functionality. The full breakdown of the website is below: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aawSEYoWozZgF9rnDx3VFbbOxMRD7KgwGe9UwvIQtCY/edit?usp=sharing

DO NOT contact me or give an offer until after reading the entire document.
