Full-Stack Developer for Long-Term Web Platform

I’m looking for a talented full-stack developer to partner with me on building an ambitious web platform. This is not a short-term freelance gig — it’s a chance to help shape a production-grade product with long-term potential.

Responsibilities
• Develop both frontend and backend features for a scalable, production-ready platform.
• Build interactive UI features and ensure smooth user experience.
• Implement real-time collaboration functionality.
• Integrate AI-assisted features to enhance workflows.
• Ensure stability, scalability, and clean architecture.


Required Skills
• 6+ years of full-stack experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• Frontend: Next.js, React, Redux Toolkit, TailwindCSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS.
• Backend: NestJS, Node.js, Express.js, FastAPI.
• Familiarity with AI tools and API integrations.
• Experience with real-time applications (e.g., WebSockets, live collaboration).
• Able to work independently as both frontend and backend developer.


Compensation Model
• Initial fee: A small fee (€200) at the start of the project.
• Future role: Once the platform begins generating revenue, I will hire you under a proper contract with fair, ongoing compensation.
