Full-Stack Developer for GitHub Documentation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking a full-stack developer to help document our GitHub project. The primary goal is to understand our current code and identify what's missing. The documentation should be structured and clear, focusing on the code's structure and architecture, as well as its functionality and features. This documentation will be aimed primarily at external contributors.
Ideal skills and experiences include:
- Proficiency in full-stack development
- Exceptional documentation skills
- Experience with GitHub
- Ability to understand and communicate complex code structures
- Prior experience with external project documentation.
I want the developer to focus on creating clear and structured documentation for a mobile application project that uses the following technologies: TypeScript, JavaScript, Next.js, HTML, and Python. Specifically, the documentation should cover:
Overview: A high-level introduction to the mobile app, its purpose, and functionality.
Installation and Setup: Step-by-step instructions to set up the project locally or deploy it.
Usage: Examples demonstrating how to use key features or workflows in the app.
Code Structure: An explanation of the app's architecture and how the different components interact.
Missing Features: Identify what has been coded, highlight any gaps, and suggest what might still need to be implemented.
The documentation should be user-friendly and tailored for developers and end-users who may work with or use the app.
Additionally, a developer who delivers excellent work on this task will be offered a role in the organization to collaborate further on this project and assist with additional tasks in the future.
