Full Stack Developer for ERP/SaaS Platform

We need an experienced Full Stack ERP / SaaS developer to work on our HSD Deccan LLC manufacturing ERP/MES web platform.

Project scope:
- PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Admin portal and public website modules
- HR / Careers module, job applications, candidate pipeline, interview scheduling, email notifications
- ERP-style dashboard, tables, filters, right-side detail drawers, forms, and clean responsive UI
- Backend API development and database validation
- Bug fixing, UI alignment, and production deployment support

Requirements:
- Strong experience in PHP + MySQL
- Good frontend skills with professional admin dashboard UI
- Experience with ERP, CRM, HR, SaaS, or manufacturing systems is preferred
- Must write clean, secure, production-ready code
- Must be able to work from existing project files and continue development without redesigning everything
- Must provide clear daily updates and testing notes

Current goal:
We already have a website/admin system. We need to complete and polish the Careers / Hiring module, including:
1. Job openings management
2. Candidate application list
3. Candidate details right-side panel
4. Status workflow
5. Interview scheduling
6. Email notification to candidates
7. Consistent header, footer, sidebar, and admin layout
8. Final testing and deployment
