Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a dynamic & innovative Software Engineer to manage our growing team of
international engineers based out of Quito, Ecuador.
This job will include helping us scale our inhouse engineering team, working with product
stakeholders to build a second generation of architecture for our products, and solving hard
technical problems that will power this new group of gig workers.
Ultimately, you will help us overcome difficult technical challenges working along side engineers
from Facebook & Amazon.
Responsibilities
● Solve complex technical challenges alongside our international team of software
engineers
● Full stack web/mobile application development with a variety of coding languages
● Create a wide range of consumer products across several technology stacks
● Work closely with our product and design teams to define feature specifications and
build the next generation of products leveraging frameworks such as React & React
Native
● Work closely with operations and infrastructure to build and scale back-end services
● Build report interfaces and data feeds
Minimum Qualifications
● English & Spanish verbal and written communications skills.
● Demonstrated experience driving change within an organization and leading complex
technical projects
● Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit
testing techniques
● Experience building large-scale infrastructure applications
● Good understanding of relational databases and SQL
Preferred Qualifications
● BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
● Experience with Salesforce
● 3 years of experience.
