Frontend/WordPress Developer for Site Migration -- 2

Need experienced frontend/WordPress developer.

I have a completed website built in Codex using custom HTML/CSS/JS.

The desktop design is approved.
The mobile design is approved.
The tablet design is not approved.

I am NOT looking for a redesign.

I am looking for someone to:

1. Preserve the approved desktop design.
2. Preserve the approved mobile design.
3. Consolidate the responsive layer between all versions.
4. Convert the site into a maintainable WordPress implementation (GeneratePress child theme).

This is a migration and responsive-architecture project, not a visual design project.

Experience with:

* custom HTML/CSS/JS
* responsive architecture
* WordPress custom themes
* GeneratePress
* animation preservation

is required.

Source code, documentation, GitHub repo, approved backups, and responsive audit are available.
