Frontend Optimization & Integration Expert

I'm seeking a frontend expert for three tasks aimed at enhancing our user experience without compromising functionality.
Main Tasks:
1. CSS Reduction: Currently, we have 14 CSS files. I need you to reduce this number to less than 6 while retaining the current formats. If possible, please remove unused formats.
2. JavaScript Reduction: We have 19 JavaScript files. The aim is to minimize this number to less than 6, again without losing any of the existing functionality. Please remove any unused files where possible.
3. Integration: I have an index.php file and a .js file that downloads videos from a URL. I also have the final HTML page that is set for production. This task involves:
- Making the index.html accept a valid URL from the user (validation is already in place).
- Loading a modal window when the URL is correct (this validation is also done).
- Ensuring the .js script in charge of downloading the video receives the URL and downloads the video once the modal window is loaded.
I need move the functionality from the php page to the HTML.
