I'm looking for a seasoned Frontend Development Lead for a week to help build a foundational project using Next.js. The task involves collaborating with my team and training two junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the base of a Next.js website
- Train and mentor two junior developers
- Collaborate with my design team using provided templates

Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience with Next.js
- Previous mentoring or team lead experience
- Proficiency in collaborating with design teams
