Frontend Dev Needed Next.js & NextUI Template Build

We are seeking an experienced frontend developer.
The project focuses on creating dynamic forms and an admin dashboard for two things.
- managing supply requests
- manage internal mission orders.

Required Technologies:
- Next.js 14 (with App Router)
- NextUI v2
- Tailwind CSS
- TypeScript
- Framer Motion
- React Query
- Zod
- React Hook Form
- Mongoose (for backend integration)

Main Tasks:

1. Develop an interactive form for supply requests, including:
- Requester information input
- Request type selection (existing or new item)
- Dynamic fields based on request type
- Multi-level validation workflow
- Integration with the budget verification system

2. Create a form for internal mission orders, including:
- Requester and mission information
- Mission dates and locations
- Purpose and objectives of the mission
- Approval workflow

3. Design and implement an admin dashboard with:
- Overview of ongoing requests
- Advanced filters and search
- Detailed screens for each request type
- User and role management features
- Reports and statistics

4. Ensure a smooth and responsive user experience across all devices

5. Implement subtle animations with Framer Motion to enhance interactivity

6. Use Zod for client-side form validation

7. Integrate React Query for efficient state management and API requests

8. Collaborate with our backend developer to ensure seamless API integration
