Frontend Designer on a permanent basis - initial project as try out.

I need a frontend designer on a permanent basis.
This project will be an initial try-out.
For this project you will need to demonstrate your design and frontend coding skills for a simple web user interface that has a set of stacked cards that can be swiped, similar to tinder.
Technologies that are acceptable are:
HTML, CSS (tailwind), Javascript (vanilla or small libraries).
The cards will show products of various types (wines, food, shoes, and so on) and therefore will need room for general elements such as price, title, category, but will also need room for misc elements and attrbutes.
The colour scheme will be minimal and based on tailwind base colours. Only light mode, dark mode not required.
The design will need to incorporate a header/navigation area, login/register button, cards, footer navigation.
The design needs to be similar on all devices but designed in a mobile first approach. Desktop will be an expanded version of mobile.
There will need to be a swiping capability on those cards.
There will need to be a call to a function based on how the card was swiped. Initially the function can simply console.log the direction that it was swiped to. The card will then be removed and a new one will be added to the stack.
The stack will need to be 5 cards initially. Open to whether or not the number of cards loaded is visible in the UI.
No like or dislike buttons required.
