Frontend - Bug fixing for Apache EChart and Database Editor

I need help to fix a bug in Search facility. Somehow data for Search is not updated after data is modified so Searh is also looking in the old dataset.
Most probably is a very easy fix just to refresh data for Search.

To reproduce it modify some entries in the table and then try to search it both with Search Builder and search on the top of the columns.
For example modify values in the Name field, let's say from Alex to Bbbbb and then try to search after Alex for names and you will find Bbbbb and if you search for Bbbbb you will also match the new Bbbbb name.

Also some small improvements are requested:
- Remove search option on the top of Action column
- Fix the search on Enum column
- Action column should be in a fixed position in the right edge of the table
- Save and Close buttons should be in a fixed position in the bottom of the Edit modal
