Front-end project using React Native and React.js

I am looking for a semi-full time front-end developer to work with our team.

Requirements:
1. Expert in React Native and React.js
2. Develop Front-end for Mobile apps (IOS and Android) and a web app
3. Assist and manage back-end APIs integration for full app functionality
4. Available full-time during 6:00 PM to 12:00AM PH time (GMT +8). 6 hours per day. Monday-Friday
5. Can work with a team.
6. Team members: Project Owner, Project Manager, Back-end developer (using spring boot), UI/UX designer and a System Admin. Total of 6 members including you

Project Details:
Phase 1: HR System
-Timekeeping
-Overtime/Leave Management
-Employee Management
-Calendar and Shift Management
-Payroll Generator w/ manual override
-Login via: Face detection device or via mobile app w/ geotagging

Phase2: Bulletin and Messaging
-integrate phase2 to phase1
-HR manager, Department heads or Admin can post to bulletin: Text, Image or Video
-All users can react (like, heart, sad, angry, cry) or comment to any posts
-Messaging can allow personal or group chat
-chat functions: send image, take photo, audio call (video call not included), remove sent message, read and unread status, time and date
-message request before starting a conversation if a staff to staff or staff to higher position.
-admin, manager, supervision can automatically chat staffs or any users of the app

Phase3: Transaction and Document Management
-mostly on creating request, updating status, saving files and images, retrieving files and images
-multi-department
-create QR codes
-payment gateway
-scheduler
-future time notification
