Front-end for a cloud-gaming application
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We're looking for a Front End Software Engineer with recent experience:
- Implemented web app with Material Design Components (m3.material.io) using Flutter, React or Angular. Or possibly with third-party Material Design libraries like mui.com for React
- Set up environment and built a front end of a desktop web app from scratch
- Worked with the following MD elements: cards, dialogs, snackbar, side navigation, buttons, search, menus
- Implemented social login functionality (Google, Discord, Twitch, Reddit)
- Have familiarity with WebRTC protocol - basic is enough
If you can say "yes" to every point above and have 2-3 relevant projects to discuss, here's what you can build for us:
- Implement Login, a social login functionality (Google, Twitch, Discord, Reddit) in a dialog
- Build a Catalog screen with cards, including two sorting types and keyword filtering.
- Create a Game screen with a video player, featuring:
- Display of video title, description, and features.
- Start and stop controls for a video player, collect user input (keyboard and mouse) and utilize a data channel to send it to the server
- Implement the business logic of calls to WebRTC APIs.
- Add Side Navigation drawer to show the user's logged in state and Logout button.
Additionally:
- You're starting from scratch, no legacy FE code
- API is ready for every screen
- Output the API payloads and send user input (keyboards and mouse) to the WebRTC API.
- Clickable Figma prototype is available
- MVP document is attached, it has your scope of work
- Voice chat (10-15 min) is required for qualifying applicants
