Front-end developement for a marketplace

I'm looking for a front-end developer to create a marketplace for me. The features I'm interested in having are user authentication, product listing and search, and payment processing. I have no preference for the technology stack to be used, so I'm open to any language, framework, or library. I'm hoping to have this project completed within 3-4 weeks, but am willing to consider timelines greater than a month if necessary.
