Front End expert in vuejs and d3 or chart js

Hi, Looking for an expert front end engineer to work on frontend system. Should be proficient in vue js, postgres, atlas js and any charting js. The engineer should have prior experience with js and should be able to understand and consume data in json. Experience or knowledge in astrology is plus.
