Front-End Web Developer for interactive 3D website using Three.js/webGL
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I'm looking for a front end web developer who will be responsible for designing and building the online, interactive components of an interactive art website that will examine public health topics. I have little experience with this, so you will have to work closely with me and a small team of 4 (including a back-end developer) to determine what is possible given my vision and intention for the project. This is a two year project, and I will be meeting with you a few times to check on progress and let you know when there are updates. I estimate that this will require about 40-50 hours in the first year and 60-80 hours in the second year. Your primary focus will be to design the site and to ensure that it will run smoothly on desktop and mobile.
Here are three examples of sites that look and feel like what I want to create:
(https://normanvr.com/) (Just the animation and fluidity, not the VR component)
I have also attached a simple drawing of how the site will be laid out.
You should have at least 2 years of experience creating interactive websites using three.js, React, or DS.js. The Front-End Developer should have at least 5 years of experience working with teams greater than 3 to deliver interactive websites and web experiences. Looking forward to chatting with you!
