Front End REACT Web3 Expert

I am looking for a Front End Development Expert who is proficient in React.js.
The ideal freelancer should have extensive experience in this technology stack.
In their application, I am interested in reviewing the freelancer's previous work, particularly their experience in developing applications using React.js and integration with Web3.
As for design elements, a reference website will be provided and the modules / UX design elements should be replicated.
In total there are two pages that need to be created, using the reference design. I.e. same structure, ux etc. apart from colour scheme and font style which should stay as is.
The design must be responsive as per reference design.
