We’re a fast-moving fintech startup about to launch our first product after a year of dedicated development. Now, we’re looking for a Front-End Lead to take charge of our front-end architecture and help us bring our vision to life.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Own the Front-End – Design and build a scalable, high-performance fintech platform.
✅ Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with designers, back-end engineers, and business teams.
✅ Make Key Technical Decisions – Shape the future of our technology stack.
✅ Deliver Excellence – Ensure a smooth, high-quality user experience.
✅ Innovate & Iterate – Drive experimentation and rapid product improvements.
What You Bring:
✔️ 5+ Years of Front-End Development – Strong experience in modern web apps.
✔️ Expertise in React.js (Next.js preferred), Vue.js, or Angular.
✔️ Core Skills – JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (Tailwind, Material-UI, or Chakra UI).
✔️ State Management – Redux, Zustand, Vuex, or Context API.
✔️ API Integration – REST, GraphQL, WebSockets.
✔️ Performance Optimization – Improving Core Web Vitals and front-end efficiency.
✔️ Testing & DevOps – Git, CI/CD, Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
Bonus Skills:

✨ SSR Knowledge – Experience with Next.js or Nuxt.js.
