Front-End Development

I am using Quill editor for a Rich Text editor on our application. We need it extended to allow custom tags like mentioned here https://github.com/quilljs/quill/issues/1109. This is a one-time project but has a number of other javascript projects coming up and looking for someone to jump in and develop this for us and potentially build an ongoing relationship.
