Front End Dev - Webix / Javascript / Design

I am building a MVC application for the transport industry.
My client portal is utilizing the Webix Desktop Environment ( https://webix.com/demos/web-desktop/ )
I have a licence for this tech.

My main developer is concentrating mainly on the back end functionality, whilst I am writing out the requirements and also building module sketches using https://designer.webix.com/ - there is a lightweight version (that does not require registration) of this at https://webix.com/form-builder/#!/layout/edit?editable=true

What I am looking for is for someone to help me build the various modules required for my project, so that they're ready to hand over to my primary developer for integration into my project.

YOU'LL NEED
- A good working knowledge of Javascript
- The ability to communicate well in English
- A talent for designing forms that are pleasing to the eye
- Skills in Visual Studio / .net / MVC - though you'll be mainly working on the front end, developing in this environment will make integration easier

THE TASK
I have my project planned out with documentation and rough sketches of what I want the UI to look like. I may either make a start on the form using the Webix Designer or I may just give you the requirements in written form.
You'll need to produce forms/modules that take full advantage of the features available in this environment so that the end-user can easily accomplish the task they set out to do.

This doesn't mean you can just create a form in the Webix Designer and declare the job done - I can use the designer tool myself. You need to go a step beyond that by using your experience and knowledge to create something impressive.

"Vehicle Registry" - A list of all vehicle's belonging to the customer.
It should have a number of search criteria, such as
- Registration
- Fleet number
- Type
- Year
The data columns for this module will include
- Registration
- Fleet Number
- WSD Fleet Number
- Type
- Sub-type
- Colour
- Year

If you can:
1. Create a VS Project
2. Import the Webix desktop environment into that project.
3. Create this module with these requirements.

This task test will be on YOUR time. If I like the module that you create, I'll offer to buy it for AUD$40
If we make it that far, then I'd be very interested in working with you.
