I need a fellow developer to spin up a sleek, responsive site for our IT agency using any quality HTML/CSS template you like. The job is mainly smart tweaking: swap in our French copy, fine-tune the layout for phones, tablets, and desktops, and add a subtle parallax scroll effect on the landing view.
Structure
• One- or two-page build—whichever fits the chosen template best.
• Homepage must contain an About Us section, a clear Services block, and client Testimonials.
• Include a stylised, custom-designed contact form that feels integrated with the overall look.

– Everything, from buttons to error messages, must be in French.
– Clean, lightweight code only; no heavy CMS.
– I’ll supply FTP credentials so you can deploy directly to our server and let me review in situ.
