Freelancer needed PROFICIENT IN HTML/css/jss and REST api integration

We are developing a website, most part of the code is already done and we need help with completing the things for us. The designs are ready and available on Figma. The person should be proficient in JS (Javascript) along with HTML, CSS, JS. He should also know REST API integration - with the help of documentation and backend developer. REST APIs would be provided. He should also help us in making the website live and resolving any issues.
