Ideal Candidate:

- Excellent communication and interviewing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing requirements

Skills and Technologies:
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript is a huge plus, as you'll be helping in assessing the skills of the Software Developer.
