Location: Remote
About the Project:
We are a growing eCommerce startup building a unique platform to improve user experience in online shopping. We’re looking for a talented Freelance React Developer who can take our project from concept to reality. This project involves creating a responsive, user-friendly web application using React.js, with a focus on smooth user experiences and high-performance features.
Project Scope:
• Duration: 3 months
• Hours: Approximately 20 hours/week with flexibility based on project needs
• Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translate Figma designs and wireframes into clean, high-quality code
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of devices and browsers
• Collaborate with our back-end developer to integrate APIs
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues as they arise
• Maintain a clear and structured codebase to allow easy handoff at project completion
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a React Developer on freelance or contract projects
• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript libraries
• Strong understanding of the React component lifecycle and state management (hooks, Redux, or Context API)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and front-end integration
• Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to work remotely and update us on progress
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or other frameworks
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Familiarity with testing and debugging tools for front-end development
Project Milestones:
1. Initial UI Development - 4 weeks
2. API Integration - 2 weeks
3. Testing and Optimization - 2 weeks
