Format a Quasar Toolbar -- 3

I have a codepen that needs a little work. I would like the q-Select to be in the middle of the Toolbar. Current the tool bar says "Google" -- I would like it to work as a Select but look exactly as it does now. Same background/ same text color and size. I want it to work so that when an end user clicks the down button they can select a new name. It needs to be responsive and done using Quasar/Vue standards
