Format a Quasar Toolbar -- 2

I have a codepen that needs a little work. I would like the toolbar to have a little more height so the second line on the left is not so tight. I would like the layout to be controlled with flex grid and not with the code that is on codepen. It needs to be responsive and done using Quasar/Vue standards
