I am looking for a freelancer to create an online form that collects email and/or SMS to send a user access.
Spec:
- The form should be the same as the one attached.
- It will be included in an already existing page
- The form must be connected to the backend using our lib
- Reuse existing component if any applicable
Skills and Experience:
- Angular 15
- HTML / CSS with bootstrap
- Produce clean code
